Job Description

Job Title: Pensions & Benefits Specialist – 12-Month FTC 💷 Salary: Up to £70,000 📍 Location: Hammersmith (Hybrid) 🔑 Key Responsibilities Pensions Manage workplace pension schemes, including auto-enrolment, monthly uploads, reconciliations, and compliance Act as the main liaison with pension providers (e.g., Aegon, Aviva, L&G) Handle joiner/leaver processes, transfers, and employee pension queries Ensure full compliance with UK legislation and regulatory requirements Benefits Support day-to-day administration of core and voluntary benefits (medical, dental, life assurance, EAP, season ticket loans, cycle to work, etc.) Liaise with vendors/brokers on renewals, enrolments, and eligibility Manage accurate benefit data across HRIS and vendor systems Deliver benefit communications, onboarding sessions, and HR team training Maintain internal resources and update benefits documentation Reporting & Compliance Prepare regular reports for payroll, finance, and HR Support audits with accurate data and compliance checks Ensure GDPR and data privacy standards are upheld Projects & Improvement Contribute to benefits harmonisation, integration, and process optimisation projects Develop SOPs for pensions and benefits administration Participate in benchmarking and employee feedback initiatives 🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years’ experience in pensions and/or employee benefits within an in-house HR or shared services environment Strong knowledge of UK pension legislation and employee benefits programmes Skilled in managing vendors, benefits platforms, and renewals High attention to detail with strong Excel and HRIS experience (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) Excellent communication skills and able to handle sensitive data discreetly Interested?
