Job Description
Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced People Advisor to provide expert HR guidance and strategic support across a wide range of people management matters.

About the Role:
Deliver high-quality, professional HR advice and support aligned with policies and current employment legislation
Lead on complex casework, investigations, and resolution strategies
Drive HR service improvement through project leadership and process reviews
Analyse complex HR data and issues to inform decision-making
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Support and mentor HR team members
Champion a culture of inclusion, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement About You:
Are CIPD qualified or bring equivalent experience
Have strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Able to demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset
Have a proven track record in managing complex employee relations cases
Are comfortable with occasional travel (Driving license will be required)
Bring previous line management experience and a collaborative approachBenefits:
