The Opportunity
As People and Culture Senior Administrator, you will provide proactive and efficient administrative support across all stages of the colleague lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to training, development, and exit. Acting as a key point of contact for People queries, you will deliver a professional service to managers and colleagues alike, while championing accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who wants to be part of a progressive People team — someone who enjoys getting things right, improving processes, and using digital tools to drive better outcomes for people and the business. Key responsibilities to include:
* Deliver timely and accurate administration across recruitment, onboarding, changes, performance, training, and leavers
* Provide first-line advice and support to managers and colleagues on People policies and processes
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure People systems are audit-ready
* Coordinate recruitment administration including advertising, interview arrangements, offers, and onboarding
* Support training administration including scheduling, attendance tracking, and spend reporting
* Produce routine and ad-hoc People data reports and dashboards
* Act as a systems “superuser”, supporting adoption and continuous improvement of digital People tools
* Contribute to People projects, internal audits, and compliance initiatives
* Help document and improve People processes, templates, and internal guidance materials
* Communicate People updates clearly and professionally across the business
* Coach managers on basic People processes to promote confident and consistent line management
Your Profile
* Previous experience in a busy HR or People administrative role
* Strong working knowledge of the employee lifecycle and associated documentation
* High attention to detail, excellent organisation, and time management skills
* Confident IT user with experience of HRIS and Microsoft Excel
* Comfortable working with sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality
* Proactive and collaborative approach with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Keen to improve systems and processes, not just follow them
Hours and Benefits
* Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00 – fully site based
