Job Description
My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented People Consultant on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will provide generalist HR&OD advice and guidance to managers that is compliant with policy/ legislation and meets business needs
What's on offer:
Salary: £20+ per hour, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
Works closely with HR&OD colleagues, managers and trade union representatives toensure that casework is resolved in a timely manner
Assess or conduct analysis, presenting results and putting forward recommendations onmanaging more complex situations
Maintain, develop and review systems, processes, procedures and working methods to maximise service quality
Plan workloads and secure resources to enable the team/s to achieve a quality service
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
Extensive experience in a similar role
HR Generalist/ OD experience
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Local Authority experience is essential
