We're searching for a People Coordinator to become a vital part of our People team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our global team across EMEA, APAC, and North America, delivering outstanding, customer-first service. What You'll Do: As a People Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Administration: - Be the friendly face responding to general People queries and managing the People Inbox. - Maintain our systems (Hi Bob, UKG, Confluence, and Culture Amp) and ensure accurate updates to employee information. - Own and implement processes, including payroll, onboarding, and offboarding. Data Integrity Champion: - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GDPR and internal requirements. - Monitor and manage employee information storage while ensuring timely and compliant data management. Lifecycle Documentation: - Generate digital paperwork across the employee lifecycle, including contracts and leave documentation. - Own the right to work process, ensuring up-to-date documentation and timely visa renewals. Benefit Coordination: - Coordinate benefit membership for new starters and employee changes across the UK, US, and Ireland. - Support annual compensation and benefit reviews across various locations. Time-Off Management: - Monitor employee time-off requests and balances, ensuring fair and consistent policy application. Continuous Improvement: - Own the optimization of our HRIS, Bob, and streamline processes to enhance user experience. - Create guidance and toolkits to promote a self-service culture within the organization. Who You Are: We're looking for someone who is: Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and conscientious with a knack for accuracy. Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative, ambitious environment. Passionate About People Operations: Motivated to create structure and implement improvements, big and small. Curious & Resourceful: Eager to seek out solutions and navigate challenges with confidence. Communicative: Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills & Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative function, ideally with Hi Bob. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, IF functions, etc.).
