HR & OD Advisor – Fixed Term Contract until March 2026
Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a HR & OD Advisor to join the team in Cardiff on a 6 month fixed-term contract until March 2026.

As HR & OD Advisor, you will provide expert, comprehensive advice and support across the full range of People & OD matters. Responsibilities include:
Providing expert guidance to managers and staff on the full range of People & OD policies, practices, procedures, and resources to improve performance and staff development.
Supporting and advising across key areas including:
People policy, practices, and procedures
Staff health and well-being
Equality, diversity, and inclusion
Recruitment and selection
Staff engagement and culture
Delivering ongoing coaching and support on case management, ensuring managers are confident and accountable in applying People & OD policies and procedures.To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience managing complex employee relations casework independently, from start to finish.
The ability to balance and prioritise a demanding workload effectively.
