As People Officer you will report to the People Director and be involved in a variety of duties to include:
Supporting Recruitment and career events,
Producing and Coordinating on-boarding plans for new starters
Planning and Delivering Induction
Designing and Delivering Training (“face-to-face” and online)
Delivering Ad Hoc Training projects for Soft Skills
Managing Training Administration and Course Bookings for Qualified team members
Promoting and communicating Training opportunities across the Company
Coordinating Mental Health First Aid and Work Experience programmes
Skills & Qualifications to include:
Experience or Qualifications in Coaching or Training is desirable (but not essential)
Pro Active Approach to your work
Confident Communicator at all Levels
Ability to Design and Deliver Creative Training
Have an Engaging Personality
Be Organised and Adaptable
Have a Genuine Passion for Supporting Others
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva
