You'll be joining a large HR team, working alongside 4 other People Partners and supported be a dedicated team of Advisors, alongside separate L&D, Talent and Ops teams.
Description
The People Partner will:
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Support managers in handling complex HR issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Spot trends and potential complications and provide recommendations to improve serviceProfile
The People Partner should have:
Level 5 or above CIPD qualification
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases
Availability to start 7th July and commit to a 6 month contractJob Offer
A day rate of £200 PAYE (plus holiday pay). Hybrid working and flexibility on start and finish times. 35 hours per week
