Job Description
Ashley Kate HR are recruiting for a dynamic and commercially minded People Partner with a passion for delivering impactful HR projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving change, developing people initiatives, and managing projects from design through to implementation and adoption.
Fixed Term contract 9-12 months
Hybrid and Burton on Trent
Monday - Friday 9am-530pm.
You'll be responsible for leading a range of strategic people projects set out in the People Roadmap including leadership development, early careers programmes, and HR technology transformation. This is a fast paced, hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and embed initiatives that make a real difference to both people and performance.
About You
You'll bring strong experience in delivering HR and people focused projects, ideally within leadership development, L&D, or early careers. You'll have previous exposure to HR technology implementations (such as HRIS or ATS) and be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
People Partner
Deliver and enhance leadership and management development programmes, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.
Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and feedback forums to embed effective leadership behaviours.
Lead the design and implementation of apprenticeship and early careers programmes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with learning providers, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
Manage the review, selection, and implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS) to meet evolving business needs.
Oversee the rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), driving adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and success measures for all key initiatives.
Track progress, produce regular updates for stakeholders, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with senior leaders to deliver people projects aligned to business priorities.
Promote collaboration, innovation, and a unified 'one team' approach across departments.
