Job Description

My client in South Yorkshire are looking to appoint a talented People Partner on a Contract basis.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will guide a team of HR Consultants, support complex casework, and work closely with employment law specialists to bring cases to timely and effective resolution.

What's on offer:

Salary: £350-£400 per day, Inside IR35*negotiable based on experience

Monday - Friday 

About the role:

Based in South Yorkshire (Hybrid):

Act as a trusted HR partner, providing strategic and operational support across all HR functions.
Lead and develop a team of HR consultants, ensuring consistent and effective service delivery.
Drive workforce planning initiatives to align resources with organisational priorities.
Oversee high-volume casework, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. 

About you:
 You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role
Strong generalist HR expertise, including workforce planning and employment law
CIPD qualified
Local Authority experience is essential
