People Partner – Fixed Term (3 Months) |Nottingham / Hybrid working |£54,000 + Bonus
Are you a strategic and experienced People Partner ready to make a real impact? We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for 3 months to join our Client's People & Engagement team during a period of transformation.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders in their Commercial Directorate—the largest operational area within the business —to develop and implement strategic people plans that drive business goals. You’ll become a trusted advisor and critical friend to the Executive team, shaping people strategies, delivering solutions, and ensuring alignment across the organisation.
What you’ll do:
Lead the design and implementation of best-practice people partnering across the organisation.
Develop and implement strategic people plans in collaboration with Executive Directors and their Senior Leadership Teams.
Provide expert guidance to leaders on people strategies, projects, and transformational change initiatives.
Shape the future of people strategy within your directorate and contribute to wider organisational success.What is on offer?:

CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience) with extensive People Partner experience at Executive/Board level.
Proven track record in strategic people partnering, organisational change, and workforce planning.
Skilled in coaching, influencing, and delivering solutions that align with business priorities.
Commercially minded and confident in shaping people strategies to enable organisational success.This is a chance to make a difference in a national organisation delivering millions of orders each year to thousands of locations.
