Role: People Relations Partner
Location: Welwyn or Burgess Hill (with occasional travel across the UK, Ireland, and potentially Northern and Eastern Europe) & Hybrid working offered (2 days in office a week)
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £298.48 - £373.10 per day (PAYE) OR £400.00 - £500.00 per day (UMB/LTD)
12 Month Contract (Outside of IR35)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a People Relations Partner to join one of our longstanding clients, an innovative and forward-thinking organisation, in either Welwyn or Burgess Hill.

The Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in employee and labour relations
Ideally, French language proficiency
Strong consultation and influencing capabilities with senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage complex performance issues and employment-related challenges
Experience working across multiple countries and legal systems, ideally including Northern/Eastern Europe and the Middle East
Ability to use data and technology for insights and recommendations
High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and resilience in difficult conversations
Passion for diversity, inclusion, and fostering psychological safety
The Role:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on a broad range of people-related matters including policy, conflict resolution, disciplinaries, grievances, and terminations
Own and resolve incoming HR queries with care and priority
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Legal, SHE, and Business Partners to manage complex issues and escalate where needed
Analyse data to identify trends and advise leaders on addressing underlying issues
Contribute thought leadership on restructures, organisational change, and strategic workforce planning
Advise on high-risk performance management and reorganisation activities
Drive and manage projects related to people relations including negotiations and conflict prevention
Partner with local employee representation bodies to maintain strong, proactive relationships
