People Services Director Required
January start, temporary full-time role.
What You’ll Do:

Lead with purpose: Take ownership of the HR agenda, covering recruitment, talent development, performance, payroll, and compliance.

Drive transformation: Promote operational excellence and lead the charge on digital innovation.
*
Prioritise wellbeing: Foster an environment where colleagues feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
*
Influence at a strategic level: Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver an impactful People Strategy.
*
Demonstrate impact: Oversee budgets and present key people metrics to the Corporation Board.
*
Champion inclusion: Ensure diversity, equity, and belonging are embedded throughout the College experience.
What You’ll Bring:
*
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) and substantial senior HR leadership experience.
*
Strong knowledge of employment law, safeguarding, and HR best practice.
*
A proven ability to deliver organisational change and engagement initiatives.
*
Excellent influencing skills and the confidence to lead across all levels.
*
Experience driving digital HR transformation and working across multiple sites.
*
Understanding of governance and reporting requirements within education or public sector environments.
