The People Support Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support within the Human Resources department of a financial services organisation. Description Provide administrative support across various Human Resources processes and initiatives. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes. Respond promptly to HR-related queries from employees and management. Collaborate with the HR team to support policy implementation and compliance efforts. Generate and distribute reports related to HR metrics and activities. Coordinate training and development programmes as required. Ensure smooth communication between the HR department and other teams within the organisation.Profile A successful People Support Coordinator should have: A genuine interest in Human Resources and administrative functions within the financial services sector.
