Job Description

Compliance  and Performance Manager  PFI Contract Location: Home-based with travel to multiple sites We are currently seeking a dedicated PFI Performance & Compliance Manager to oversee operations across multiple healthcare PFI projects. This role offers the flexibility of home working, with travel to various project sites as needed. Summary: Performance and Compliance Manager Location - Home based with travel to sites Salary £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus PFI compliance As a PFI Performance & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of performance and compliance systems, processes, and procedures, focusing on adherence to both contractual and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular site monitoring across all assigned projects. Manage performance and compliance matters, ensuring full adherence to Project Agreements and FM/Service Provision Agreements. Collaborate with Managers to address performance and compliance issues with service providers. Provide clear direction to the Project Co. Board and SPV General Manager on all performance and compliance topics. Support the Project Team with performance and compliance challenges. Monitor site activities and report regularly on performance. Prepare monthly performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Regularly update on compliance status and initiate enhancement efforts. Report periodically to the Project Co. Board and key internal stakeholders. Qualifications/Requirements: Proven experience in performance and compliance management within a PFI contract environment. In-depth knowledge of PFI contracts ideally in healthcare  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. A collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Resilience and strong organisational skills to thrive under pressure. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
