We're working with a local government organisation to recruit a Performance & Reporting Manager a key role in supporting the delivery of vital environmental programmes across the UK.

Building and maintaining dashboards to monitor programme and project performance
Supporting project managers in tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions
Producing clear, concise reports for leadership and stakeholders
Driving process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in reporting
Supporting risk and issue management to keep projects on track
Acting as a champion for performance monitoring and best practiceWhat we're looking for:
Strong background in data analysis, reporting, or performance management
Skilled in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python
Ability to present complex data in a clear, engaging way
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable - someone who enjoys problem solving
A degree in business analytics, data science, information management (or equivalent experience)
Professional certifications (PRINCE2, APM, PMP etc.) and experience in environmental or public sector programmes would be a bonus - but not essential!
