Job Description

Performance Data Analyst Monday-Friday 9am-5pm £35,000-£50,000 DOE Manchester MPJ Recruitment are currently looking for a Performance Data Analyst to support and enhance the performance of one of our clients claim's operations based in Manchester. This role sits independently on the operational team, providing objective, data-driven insights whilst working closely alongside management to identify risks, improve performance, and drive better customer and commercial outcomes. Ideal candidate: Exposure to AI-driven analytics or automated performance triggers. Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar (advantageous but not essential). Proven experience in a data analyst or performance analyst role, ideally within a contact centre, claims, or insurance environment. Strong analytical capability with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify patterns, risks, and anomalies in data. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate large datasets and build required reports. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, simple, and commercially relevant way to a non-technical audience. Experience working with telephony data (e.g. call volumes, abandon rates, service levels) and operational performance metrics. Confidence to challenge stakeholders and influence change using data-led insight.
