Job Description

Computer Science Teacher Location: Ealing Start Date: Januray 2026 We are proud to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Ealing, known for their strong staff development, and commitment to helping students thrive academically and personally. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join their team from January 2026 on a full-time, permannet basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to teach in a progressive environment that values innovation, creativity, and student engagement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Computer Science Language and Literature lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4 Plan and teach engaging, dynamic lessons that inspire a love for reading and writing Support students in developing literacy, analytical, and communication skills Provide effective, constructive feedback to aid student progress Contribute to curriculum development and share new ideas and strategies Encourage participation in enrichment activities like writing clubs and competitions Be an active member of the school community, promoting its positive values What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred) Experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary level Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Computer Science  A creative and learner-centered teaching approach Confident classroom management and a proactive attitude Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) What the School Offers: A welcoming and collaborative Computer Science department Access to excellent teaching resources and a broad literary curriculum Ongoing professional development and CPD opportunities A nurturing, community-focused school environment On-site parking and excellent transport links All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
