Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process—building client relationships, sourcing top candidates, and successfully placing them in permanent sales roles across the UK. You'll have the autonomy to grow your own desk, backed by a supportive and experienced team.
What We're Looking For:

2–3+ years experience in recruitment (ideally within sales)

Background in B2B recruitment with a proven success rate

Strong time management and organisational skills

Confident in business development and client engagement
*
Target-driven, motivated, and resilient
*
Full UK driving license preferred (occasional travel for client meetings)
