Speech & Language Therapist – Windsor, West Berkshire
Location: Windsor, West Berkshire
Salary: £41,983 – £49,717 (including paid school holidays)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time

Your Role:
As part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary clinical team, you’ll:
* Deliver personalised, evidence-based speech and language therapy
* Support the development of therapeutic learning environments
* Provide staff consultation, training, and joint planning
* Offer specialist assessment and contribute to EHCP processes
* Create strategies that empower children and staff alike
* Be a central part of a collaborative and inclusive care model

* HCPC registration as a qualified Speech & Language Therapist
* Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs
* Confidence in delivering therapy and advising multi-agency teams
* A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach
* Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
