Job Description
Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Personal Advisor for a local authority client in Devon.
In this role, you will support care-experienced young people aged 16-25 to navigate adulthood with personalised advice, guidance, and practical help.
Duties:
Build trusted relationships and provide one-to-one support for care-experienced young people aged 16-25.
Develop, review, and implement personalised Pathway Plans based on individual needs.
Help young people access safe housing, education, employment, and manage finances.
Work with families, carers, and professionals to ensure joined-up support and positive outcomes.Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
Experience working directly with young people, families, or carers.
Proven ability to build positive, supportive relationships.
Experience creating and delivering support plans based on assessed needs.
Experience working with multi-agency teams to achieve shared outcomes.What's on offer:
Salary: £17ph+
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
