Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant & Events Coordinator to support our MD with business and lifestyle management, as well as arranging our events and manage our social presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant & Events Coordinator who enjoys variety — from day-to-day household admin, diary support, and correspondence, through to planning and promoting engaging events (book clubs, supper clubs, wellness sessions, drumming circles, psychology events) and managing the social media surrounding this. As our new Personal Assistant & Events Coordinator, you’ll be proactive, dependable, and personable — equally comfortable budgeting or booking vets’ appointments, as crafting online and offline communications in a warm, approachable, and engaging style that connects with our community and makes our events stand out. The right candidate will bring energy, initiative, and discretion, working closely with the MD and his Assistant to manage both business and personal priorities. If you’re highly organised, creative, and excited by a role that mixes admin, events, and social media, we’d love to hear from you. Location: Wistow (LE8) & Leicester (LE1) | Hours: 20 hrs/week (Mon to Fri 9.30am to 2pm, excluding lunch)
