You'll be working for an established organisation on the outskirts of Bath
Your new role
You will be a Personal Assistant supporting an intimate department within this organisation:
Diary and travel management for key personnel
Co-ordinating meetings on behalf of your team members
Managing correspondence via phone calls, visitors and emails
Taking minutes in meetings and managing inboxes for key stakeholders
Picking up general admin for the team
What you'll need to succeed
Must be extremely organised
Be able to converse with team members and key stakeholders on a daily basis
Be able to help out with a variety of admin-based duties when called for
Experience in a PA role or senior admin role is preferred
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Confident with booking travel and accommodation
Expert in diary management
Forward-thinking and problem-solving
