Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised PA to join a medical company near Upminster! You will be providing day to day support for two people within the business. The role will be Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00 in their office you will be happy to work independently as well as having previous work experience within a personal assistant or secretarial position. Starting salary will be circa £35,000 and employer pension contribution sits at 4%. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support to the MD and CEO Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure effective time management Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Handle light HR administration, such as issuing new starter contracts Submit administrative documentation to training bodies Prepare medical related admin reports (training will be provided)What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organisational and time management skills Previous work experience as a PA or similar Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision A positive, professional, and can do attitudeDue to the location of the company only applicants with their own transport will be considered for this position.
