Temporary Personal Assistant
Duration: 1 month temporary contract
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 40 Hours
Hourly Rate: £14.00-£15.00 (DEO)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
We are seeking an experienced PA / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant with a strong PA or administrative background to provide full-time support to our CEO for a minimum of 1 month, possibly longer. Based on-site in Christchurch, you will ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s day-to-day schedule and assist with a wide range of organisational tasks.
Main Responsibilities of the PA / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant:
* Manage the CEO’s diary and scheduling appointments
* Arrange travel including flights, trains, car hire, and accommodation
* Organise meetings: book rooms, prepare agendas and materials, set up technology, coordinate attendees
* Handle correspondence and emails professionally and efficiently
* Provide day-to-day organisational support, including arranging lunches and preparing documents
* Keep the CEO fully organised and on track throughout the working day
* Undertake ad hoc tasks and errands as required
What We Are Looking For in a PA / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant:
* Proven experience as a PA / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior support role
* Excellent diary management and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO
