Executive Assistant urgently required.
In an ongoing temp post. Working 37 hours per week. For £20.79 per hr.
Equivalent of £40 000 annually.
The role is hybrid, 3 days in their West-End office. Close to Charing Cross.
This is a fast paced exciting PA role! Looking after 3 super busy Senior Directors. Each with big personalities.
You will often have one in the USA, the other in Rome and one flying to Australia. Hence, why they need an individual with super travel arranging/ diary management experience. You will be responsible for organising constant international travel – along with managing busy diaries.
The Company are a leading leisure organisation – based out of Switzerland and they are growing.
This is a temp role at present that could develop into something longer term and more permanent.
