Personal Assistant / Administrator Location: Near Great Baddow Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE The Company DK Recruitment are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant / Administrator to provide essential support to senior management and ensure the effective coordination of administrative functions for our Client. The Role This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, combining executive support with administrative duties. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail at all times. Key Responsibilities * Delivering comprehensive PA support to senior management, including diary management, scheduling, and correspondence. * Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions. * Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and documentation to a professional standard. * Managing communication channels, including telephone and email correspondence. * Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems. * Providing general administrative support across the wider business as required. Candidate Requirements * Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or in a comparable support role. * Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Professional, discreet, and adaptable with a proactive approach to work.
