Zest Education is recruiting an experienced and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the Headteacher to join a highly regarded school in Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven school administration or PA experience who can provide exceptional support to senior leadership and help ensure the smooth running of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive PA support to the Headteacher, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting preparation
* Manage confidential and sensitive information in line with GDPR and safeguarding policies
* Draft letters, reports, and documentation for senior leadership and governors
* Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute follow-up actions
* Liaise professionally with parents, staff, governors, and external agencies
* Support with school communications, newsletters, and documentation
* Oversee key administrative processes and support office staff where needed
* Assist with compliance, safeguarding, and policy management
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Proven experience as a PA or Senior Administrator within a school environment (essential)
✅ Highly organised, efficient, and able to work under pressure
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school management systems (SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom)
✅ Professional, discreet, and approachable
✅ Strong understanding of school procedures and safeguarding
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
