We are currently recruiting for a Personal Care Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and nurturing Special School in Peterborough.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
Assist with personal care tasks including toileting, feeding, and hygiene
Support students with physical, emotional, and social development
Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable
A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
Willingness to assist with personal care duties
A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Eligibility to work in the UK
