The Role You'll manage your own caseload of Claimant Personal Injury matters, handling files from instruction through to settlement. The focus is on delivering excellent client care while progressing cases efficiently and successfully. Your caseload will primarily consist of RTA claims, covering both portal and non‑portal work. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury claims from start to finish Progressing Fast Track cases in line with SLAs Handling claims through the MOJ and OIC portals (Stages 1-3) Managing RTA and personal injury matters Delivering a high standard of client service throughout each claim life cycle Maintaining accurate case records across multiple systems About You Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in claimant personal injury Strong working knowledge of the MOJ portal and claims process Confident managing a busy caseload independently and collaboratively Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive, client‑focused approach Experience from similar roles welcomed If you're currently working as a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate, Qualified Personal Injury Fee Earner, Claims Solicitor, Legal Advisor (Solicitor), or Personal Injury Lawyer, and your background is firmly rooted in claimant PI and RTA work, we'd be keen to hear from you. Applicants must be qualified solicitors - this opportunity is not suitable for paralegals or unqualified fee earners.
