Location: Taunton (Office-based)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance brokerage in Taunton who are
looking to welcome a new Personal Lines Account Executive into their team. This is a
fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional business offering long-term career

While experience within personal lines insurance is desirable, it’s not essential — full
training and support will be provided for candidates with transferable skills and experience from similar client-facing or administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support a portfolio of personal insurance clients (home, motor, travel and
related products)
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations accurately and
efficiently
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, both over the phone and face-to-face
• Provide excellent levels of customer service and support
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal company processes

About You:
• Previous experience within personal lines insurance is desirable, but not essential
• Transferable skills from roles involving client management, account handling or
administration would be highly beneficial
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing your own workload while contributing to a wider team
• Cert CII (or working towards) would be advantageous but is not required
