Your Role

Manage a significant client portfolio (£250–375k range)
*
Deliver excellent client service and develop new business
*
Review work, mentor junior staff, and lead on tax planning
*
Use IRIS & XERO to manage tax operations efficiently
Your Profile
*
ACA/ACCA qualified
*
3+ years’ experience managing a portfolio
*
Strong people management and decision-making skills
*
Clear communicator, commercially focused, and organised
*
Confident working both independently and as a team leader
