Job Description
As a Personnel Planner, you will be the primary point of contact for field staff, responsible for coordinating the daily planning of personnel within the Operations Division. This Personnel Planner position plays a crucial role in ensuring that staff, equipment and resources are utilised effectively to support ongoing projects.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Personnel Planner will manage schedules, arrange travel and accommodation, maintain planning boards and ensure teams have all necessary information for their assignments. You will handle daily communication with operators, review timesheets, raise purchase orders and uphold SHEQ standards.
This is a permanent role, based full-time in the Thornaby office, offering the chance to become an integral part of a busy operational team. The Personnel Planner will also act as a first line of support for day-to-day issues, including return-to-work interviews and occasional out-of-hours calls.
This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping people, plans and processes running smoothly.
