Pest Control Technician (experienced)
Location: Surrey- Guildford-Woking -Leatherhead areas
£31,000–£33,000 (negotiable based on experience) Plus bonus commission and overtime

Role Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced and Qualified Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role covers the Surrey area. The ideal candidate will hold an RSPH Level 2 or Level 3 in Pest Management and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver professional pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing expert advice on pest management solutions.
* Conduct inspections, identify pest infestations, and implement effective treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate records of visits, treatments, and recommendations.
* Work independently and use initiative to resolve pest control challenges.
* Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
* Assist in identifying new business opportunities and convert leads for additional commission.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: RSPH Level 2 or Level 3 in Pest Management (essential).
* Experience: Proven experience in pest control with a strong understanding of pest management techniques and regulations.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and outgoing personality.
* Physical Fitness: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
* Team Player: Motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
* Driving Licence: Current, clean UK driving licence.
* DBS Clearance: Able to complete satisfactory security checks due to sensitive customer requirements.
