Job Description
PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN – Full driving licence required
Qualifications: BPCA / RSPH level 2 in Pest Management
Company vehicle, Company phone, Fuel card
Shift: Mon – Friday, 8 day shift
Overtime on additional jobs, Up sell on a job, get 25% commission per job.
Uncapped commission and overtime scheme, flexible Working hours, flexible shift patterns, day off for your birthday, company van and more.
You will be based from home with a company vehicle provided.
The Role: PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
* Advising customers on the kind of treatment required to eliminate identified pests.
* Inspecting customers' premises to identify pest problems.
* Filling out all necessary paperwork on various apps upon completion of each job.
* Communicating with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.
* Applying suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.
* Responding to customers' requests for various pest control services.
* Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products.
* Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.
Requirements: PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
* Qualified to BPCA / RSPH level 2 in pest management or higher.
* Experience in carrying out pest control services.
* A full UK driving licence is required with preferred 2 years driving experience.
* Be self-motivated, well organised, hardworking, reliable, flexible, honest, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
* Good communication skills, written and verbal, and be confident dealing with customers at all levels.
