Job Description

Social Worker - Young People's Safeguarding team Location/hybrid working: Sand Martin House, Peterborough at least 2 days a week and work from home on other days but must be available for visits. Duty must be based in the office on duty days. Rate: £40ph umbrella (£296 per day) Job Information: We are Young People's Safeguarding which sits under Targeted Youth Support Service (TYSS) alongside Youth Justice. Completion of S17 assessments, direct work with young people aged 12-17 and their families to support and manage risk in areas such as mental health, exploitation, edge of care, reunification, risks outside the home.
