Job Description
Operations Manager - PFI schools - Peterborough - c£50k - £55k plus car allowance.
Operations Manager required with PFI contracts experience to oversee TFM across 3 secondary schools in Peterborough. The contract is 13 years old with 17 left to run, they hold the lifecycle fund and are spending £1.2m a year currently, managed via their central lifecycle projects team.
Reporting into this role is a Hard services manager, Soft services manager, Compliance manager and 12 caretakers.
You don't need to be from an Engineering background but you will need to be a strong negotiator, positive and proactive manager with good contracts knowledge.
Succession plan in place for promotion over the next couple of years for the right person.
