Job Title: Band 7/8 Pharmacist
Location: Chepstow
Contract: Full-time, 3-6 Month (with possible extension)
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have experience in Frailty/IP/Clinical/Ward
Essential Criteria:
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Experience working in a hospital setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
