The Role
Ad hoc locum position offering flexibility
10-hour shifts
£35-£40 per hour DOE
Flexible start date to suit your availability
Take the lead on structured medication reviews and contribute to patient safety initiatives
Collaborate closely with senior pharmacists and multidisciplinary clinical teams

Qualified Independent Prescriber with CPPE certification
At least 1 year of UK pharmacy experience
Confident managing complex and vulnerable patient populations
Proficient in System One
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
Good understanding of general practice systems and workflows
