Job Description
Tripod Partners are currently seeking a Locum Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to join a dynamic NHS team located in Croydon.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Ward-based clinical pharmacy services
*
Conducting drug histories and medicines reconciliation
*
Clinical screening and TTA (To Take Away) medication screening
*
Supporting safe and effective use of medicines within the hospital
Requirements:
*
Previous NHS hospital experience is essential
*
Strong ward-based experience (including medicines reconciliation & clinical screening)
*
EPMA experience is essential – ideally with Cerner (used at CHS)
*
GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
