ROLE Photocopier Field Service Engineer
LOCATION North West - Manchester / Liverpool

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Field Service Engineer to play a key role in maintaining service excellence and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
You’ll provide professional, efficient technical support for MFDs and photocopiers, ensuring timely resolution of faults and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll also support and collaborate with a wider team of technicians, sharing knowledge and contributing to a high-performing service culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical support within SLA timeframes
* Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently
* Perform routine maintenance, updates, and modifications
* Assist with equipment installations
* Understand and adhere to SLAs for assigned accounts
* Carry out basic fault finding across managed print solutions
* Provide cover for colleagues during absence or peak periods
* Log service calls accurately and promptly
* Report recurring faults to enable proactive resolution
* Share technical expertise with team members
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Manage boot stock and site stock levels effectively
* Attend product training courses to maintain technical proficiency
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in field-based technical support within the MFD/photocopier/print sector
* Logical problem-solving skills with a focus on fast, accurate fault resolution
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver first-class customer service
