Job Description
My client is a multi-service studio, providing property marketing imagery. Whether it's more traditional marketing approaches such as photography and film, or more pioneering products such as CGI images and 360 tours, virtual reality or Matterport tours, there’s very little we cannot provide.
We know selling property is no longer about simply opening a door and walking around. It’s about immersion, innovation and having a wealth of marketing collateral.
We're professional and experienced creatives, who relish the opportunity to harness modern technology to create stunning visuals to assist any marketing campaign.
Role Responsibilities
* Travel and visit various new build property sites in London and the surrounding areas to shoot a range of creative content (video, photography, virtual tours, interviews etc.)
* Edit photography and video content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, PremierePro, After Effects etc.) and other in-house software
* Direct/produce on-set when required
* Assist with logistical/creative planning and concepts during the pre-production phase of the projects
* Assist with risk assessments and other documentation where required
* You will need to own a full UK driving license and have access to a car (expenses will be covered)
* Ideally, you will have 2+ years of work experience in photography, videography, editing and relevant fields
* You will be able to display portfolio of work and talk about your creative process effectively.
* Property and interior design knowledge/experience is desired but not essential.
* You will need to be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop and Premiere Pro in particular)
* You will be highly organised and have strong communication skills and be a great team player.
* Any After Effects or DaVinci / Colour Grading experience would be a huge plus.
