Director of Sport
Location: Ealing
An inspiring opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Director of Sport to lead and develop the entire sporting provision at a thriving secondary school in Ealing. This high-impact leadership role requires a visionary to enhance participation, elevate performance, and embed a culture of physical activity and well-being across the whole school community.
The Role
The Director of Sport will:
* Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the school's sporting curriculum and extracurricular programmes.
* Oversee the development and coaching of all sports teams and athletic initiatives.
* Manage facilities, resources, and budget for the PE and Sports department.
* Foster strong links with local sports clubs and community organisations.
* Promote physical literacy, healthy lifestyles, and competitive excellence among all students.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced PE professional (QTS/QTLS preferred) with proven leadership and management experience in a sporting context who:
* Possesses a deep passion for sport and its educational benefits.
