A thriving secondary school in Swindon is seeking a Physics Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their dynamic Science team starting September 2025. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a newly qualified or soon-to-be qualified teacher passionate about inspiring students through engaging and practical Physics lessons.

Your Role
You will deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that encourage inquiry and practical understanding. Support students through targeted interventions and provide feedback to enhance learning. Opportunities to lead physics-related extracurricular activities and STEM initiatives are available. Participate fully in the school’s ECT mentoring programme.
Ideal Candidate
A Physics degree and QTS or eligibility by July 2025 is required. Strong communication, classroom management skills, and enthusiasm for hands-on physics teaching are essential. You should be a motivated team player with a passion for student success.
