Physics Department
The Physics team is part of a broader Science department that shares resources, expertise, and a shared vision for hands-on, inquiry-led science education. The department is well-equipped with advanced lab equipment and access to digital learning platforms that enhance practical work and modelling.
You’ll teach general Science at KS3 and deliver Physics at KS4, with mentoring opportunities to develop KS5 teaching as your career progresses.
Your Role
You will deliver Physics lessons that promote analytical thinking and enthusiasm for the physical world. You’ll help support students across a range of abilities and take part in wider science enrichment activities and departmental improvement initiatives.

A graduate with a Physics-related degree and QTS or expected QTS by July 2025
