In this crucial full-time role, with a significant focus on Key Stage 5 (A-Level Physics), you will:
* Maximise Student Achievement: Be instrumental in ensuring excellent student outcomes in Key Stage 3, GCSE Physics, and particularly A-Level Physics, equipping them with the sophisticated analytical, mathematical, and practical skills required for top university placements.
* Lead Advanced Practical Work: Design and oversee challenging practical investigations, ensuring students develop advanced laboratory skills and meet the demands of A-Level practical endorsements.
* Deliver Engaging and Rigorous Curriculum: Utilise your expertise to deliver meticulously structured and challenging lessons that align with the demands of the A-Level Physics curriculum, fostering deep understanding of complex theories and contemporary applications.
* Motivate and Support High Achievers: Work with highly academic students, including those aspiring to Oxbridge and Russell Group universities, providing the necessary extension and support to enable them to excel in all aspects of the subject.
* Collaborate within a Strong Physics Department: Join a supportive and experienced team that shares best practices and works collaboratively to achieve departmental goals, including the successful delivery of a high-quality A-Level Physics programme that challenges and excites students.
