An outstanding independent school in the Tonbridge and Malling area are seeking a Physics specialist Science Teacher to join on a permanent contract beginning in January 2025. Science is a popular subject at this school which boasts high attainment and recent GCSE results were an improvement on the prior year. They are looking for a new physics teacher in January 2025 due to a teacher retiring.
The Role (Physics Teacher)
The science department contains seven science teachers, three science technicians and an experienced head of science. They are looking for a physics teacher to come in and integrate with the department straight away, there is a clear progression at this school with Head of Year and other senior positions available upon merit.
Physics Teachers at this school would have achieved the following in their career so far;
Teacher qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE)
Experience as a Physics Teacher up to KS5
A good attitude and a willingness to motivate your students and raise attainment.
The school will consider ECTs (Early Career Teachers) for this position.
