As a Physiotherapist, you will:
Assess and implement person-centred care programmes to optimise independence and physical function.
Devise and communicate physiotherapy plans for families and carers.
Promote choice and enhance the service user experience.
Collaborate with health and social care professionals and volunteers.
Manage equipment prescription and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards.
Provide clinical leadership and share expertise with colleagues.

The ideal Physiotherapist candidate will have:
A Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy.
Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council.
Membership with a professional body such as CSP.
Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
Experience with evidence-based practice and outcome measures.
Strong clinical reasoning skills for assessments and interventions.
The ability to work autonomously and manage risk effectively.
