Job Description
Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist
Location: Withybush General Hospital (WGH), Pembrokeshire
Contract Duration: 5-6 Months
Working Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30)
Job Overview:
* We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to support a varied caseload across Pembrokeshire.
* Based at Withybush General Hospital, you will be part of a proactive community physiotherapy service helping patients maintain independence and mobility at home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a mixed caseload from the community physiotherapy waiting list.
* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions in patients' homes and community settings
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of patient-centred care plans.
Essential Requirements:
* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
* Prior experience in community or rehabilitation settings.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Access to a vehicle for community visits (highly desirable)Before You Apply
