Community Physiotherapist Role
Job Title: Band 6 Physiotherapist
Location: Telford/Shrewsbury/Bridgnorth
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
* The anticipation will be that the roles will be mainly based in Telford, Shrewsbury & Bridgnorth, however there will also be an expectation to work across other localities within the county should the need arise at short notice, as this is what is expected from all staff.
* Operational hours are 08:00 – 20:00 7 days a week.
* Rapid assessment and intervention of patients within the community to support admission avoidance service.
* Basic observation and physical assessment
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Community Rehab
* Qualified Physiotherapist
